The $1.9 Trillion Dollar Stimulus Bill has very little to do with helping people that suffered from Covid19 or the shutdown of our economy.  Politicians want us to believe this is an emergency Covid19 relief bill (American Rescue Plan Act of 2021).

Nothing could be farther from the truth:

  • Just a measly 9% of the money goes toward fighting Covid19.
  • Nearly $700 billion won’t be spent until after 2022 – much not until 2024
  • $350 billion going to bail out poorly run states (especially those (IL, CA, NY, NJ & MI) that choose to be shut down in return for getting paid back when this bill eventually got passed.

Congress (anyone that votes for this bill) is pulling the wool over American Citizens’ eyes. They are talking down the economy at every turn until they get their super pork-filled bill passed in the name of “Stimulus.”

SILVER LINING: The good news is that if/when this bill gets passed the political and media messaging with do a 180-degree turn. The passage will be deemed a savior by the press and many Covid restrictions will go away within months. The US will take major steps toward reopening. Hooray!!!

Either way, thanks to Operation Warp Speed and the amazing Government/Private Sector teaming up to get vaccines out in less than one year (typically takes closer to five years) Herd immunity (Johns Hopkins as soon as April)  is right around the corner.  With or without this pork-filled bill, America is knocking on the door to normalcy.

Vaccines are the real story here. Don’t believe me, imagine how many people would feel if they were not created. Millions may not ever feel safe without them. The history books will marvel at the super short amount of time in which they were created.

Why Operation Warp Speed Worked

By mid-January 2020  – unprecedented timeframe:

  • 3 Vaccines
  • 900 million doses of vaccines were purchased
  • 17,000 vaccination sites signed up
  • 1 billion needles and syringes
  • 19 Pharmacy chains
  • 1.5 million people being vaccinated daily

More about this bill:

If 300 million Americans received a $1,400 “Stimulus” check, that equals $420 billion dollars. Where the heck is the other 1.5 Trillion dollars going? “Never let a crisis go to Waste”. Rahm Emanuel

I’d argue the relief America needs is to open the whole economy starting with schools. This is obviously great for kids, but also for the economy as many parents are struggling to work while their young children are at home.

Congress and their media mouthpieces will not suggest it’s safe to reopen the economy and schools until this massive pork bill is passed.

WHY would our elected officials do this?

Simple – Political payback.  Ever wonder how Congress (both parties) members get rich?

As you read over the list, you should wonder how the money gets to these “causes” and who do they actually write the check to. How much of the money is then returned to political campaigns via donations? Trust me the handouts are plentiful. This is by far the greatest political payback in history!

Hard to believe, but look it up on the Congressional website for HR 748 from 116th Congress.: H.R.748 – 116th Congress (2019-2020): CARES Act

What DOES ALL of this have to do with the Virus????

The government still has roughly $1 trillion that hasn’t been spent from past Covid19 related bills. We don’t need to print more stimulus, we need to open the economy and all schools for in-person learning.

Silver Lining…. When this bill gets passed (and it will), it will be deemed our savior by the media, and the economy can open up and so can in-person learning at schools. It may even be deemed A Biden Miracle! Call it whatever you want, I want the economy to open back up ASAP.

For 2021, this will be great for stocks, especially those that have suffered from the lockdowns. If our government keeps printing money and boosts inflation, it will also be good for real estate.
