Seemingly no worries at all. He’s seen it all before and hopefully is very comfortable with his financial plan’s ability to withstand a portfolio decline. I strongly believe that having a plan or destination for your finances is the key to having some peace of mind during turbulent times like these.
Evidently, so have most of my clients as I received zero calls (I made sure phone was working) the past few days despite the front page headlines and all the doom and gloom running on the TV news. Nobody is panicking out because they have a long-term plan. Is there another viable explanation?
This might be my proudest moment as an advisor.
It’s never a good time to be complacent regarding your financial plan, so you may want to revisit your plan in light of the correction we just experienced. I’m available.
